Delete your Playra account

You can delete your account at any time, from inside the app or by writing to us.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Playra and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete my account.
  4. Confirm twice. That's it — it takes effect immediately.

By email

No longer have the app installed? Email info@playra.org from the address on your Playra account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm once it's done.

What gets deleted

  • Your name, email address, phone number and username.
  • Your notifications and match reminders.
  • Any top-up code you had waiting.

What we keep, and why

Records of bookings and payments are kept, with your name removed so they are no longer linked to you. We need them for our accounts and to settle up with the venues you played at. Messages you sent in match chats stay visible to the players of those matches, under the name you had when you sent them.

If you still have PLAYZ

PLAYZ is non-refundable and cannot be paid out in cash. Any PLAYZ left in your balance when you delete your account is lost. If you think something is wrong with your balance, email info@playra.org before you delete.

This cannot be undone

Once deleted, you cannot sign in again and the account cannot be restored. You're welcome to create a new account later.
