How Playra works

  1. Top up with cash

At any Playra venue, open Top Up and show your code at the desk. Pay in cash, and your PLAYZ arrive the moment the venue accepts.

A cash top-up code to show at the venue desk.

  2. Book a court

Pick a venue, a day and a free time. Paying is what books it, so your court is confirmed straight away — no calls, no waiting for a reply.

  3. Show your pass

Your booking pass lives in the app. The venue scans it when you arrive, and it doesn't charge anything. Free cancellation until 8 hours before the start.

Play Together

Short of players? Open a match and let others join, or jump into one that needs you. Everyone pays their own share of the court in the app, and if the match doesn't fill, everyone is refunded automatically.

  • Public matches show in the Play tab, so anyone can find them.
  • Private matches stay hidden — only people with your invite link can join.

What is PLAYZ?

PLAYZ is Playra's prepaid court credit. You add it with cash at a Playra venue, then spend it on courts and matches at any Playra venue.

1 PLAYZ = 1 SYP

PLAYZ can't be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash, and it expires 24 months after it is added. Read the terms
